In 2008 Mark started JMZ Property Management to assist homeowners with the leasing and management of their home if they need to rent out their house. Shortly after graduating from the University of Michigan, Mark began his real estate career in 2002 in Northville at the age of 27, working alone, using pro-active sales techniques including, going door to door and prospecting on the phone for hours at a time to find buyers and sellers and help them reach their goal. His entire business model is based on proactive aggressive marketing rather than traditional passive techniques.
